Administration Assistant

What the Job is

Performs all general administrative duties for our Sales Managers with RFP’s, contracts and proposals, answering phones, maintaining files and data; also ensures smooth operation of department by assisting the staff with day to day tasks and achievement of their goals.

Assist multiple departments with the completion of invoicing and proper distribution.

Qualifications

  • Similar role experience welcomed
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to perform high school level math, reading comprehension and effective writing in English
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and MS Office tools (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Experience in Opera is a plus
  • Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
