Duties of Care

We are delighted to once again be welcoming our guests to our family-owned small business.  The new normal for the foreseeable future at hotels and restaurants require us all to make changes to our lives. For our hotel and restaurant, as with all around the world, there is now an expectation that we enhance our service levels with the newly learned Duties of Care.

Although there are many updates behind the scenes with our staff and operation, many of them will not be visible to our guests. There is a growing list of actions that will indeed change your experience with us.

The Arrival and Departure

The state of California requires face coverings, we will have extras available for you.

Welcome desk sneeze guards,  sanitized luggage carts, and a summary of our Duties of Care with our enhanced service levels will be provided with your suite key. We intend to limit elevator occupancy to two per car.

Upon departure, we encourage touchless checkout by emailing your receipt. Suite keys may be left in your suite or dropped in our express check-out location for sanitation before re-use.

The Breakfast

We understand how important breakfast is to you when making your hotel choice. We will not be eliminating our legendary complimentary breakfast, however, it will come with its own updates.

Our dining room will be closed for seating, however, you may enjoy breakfast on the deck, Loggia or by the pool, in your suite or even take it with you.

Each day we will offer a different, hot, to-go offering with select, rotating single-serve items such as juices and coffee. All are served in our eco-friendly disposable containers. Guests may take this grab and go to the office,  enjoy it in the privacy of your suite or take it on the road as seating in the dining room will be temporarily suspended.

 

The Dinner

Dining at Prime for dinner is very similar to our breakfast experience. Your welcome letter will show you how to order in-suite or to-go orders. You can view a menu here.

 

The Suite

 

Our daily cleaning services will be enhanced at check-out and our intra-stay service will be upon request only. When requests are made, the suite may not be occupied during that service. In-suite paper supplies, pens,  pencils and coffee makers have been removed.

Upon checkout, our suites will remain vacant for up to 48 hours prior to undergoing a thorough deep cleaning.
